I use the IN2 infusion resin, can I degass half a cup with the infusion catch pot? Or is the catchpot to small and it will be messy?

will probably get messy, can expand up to 4 times in mass sometimes, depending on the temperature of the resin and how many air is trapped in it

Well, it did get messy :) But only because I opened the vent valve to fast... Its no problem to...

Yeh be careful using the catch pot, I destroyed an expensive vacuum gauge attempting to degas 100ml...
