Hi guys,
Thought I would share my latest personal project.
Too bad tig welding cant help with composites, but composites can help a tig welder ! So here is my vision of what a welding helmet should be.
 
 
    A $1000 electronic device will always protect a 10 cents fuse

Carbon hood review after sanding, triming and clearcoat:
Spesification
Method: resin infusion
Material: carbon fibre 2/2 twill 200gr 1 layer at the top of outter side
fibre glass wr 300 gr 2layer (outter side) & 3 layer (inner side)
Epoxy resin (outter side)
Polyester resin (inner side)
Weight: 5kg
Time Process: 2 weeks (moulding-infusion-finishing)

These are my Door Pull replacements for the S2 Series Lotus Elise and Exige, other wise know as the elige. 2004 to current "2012"
On my website you can order them in many color and finish options. this is gloss and plain weave.
