Group: Forum Members Posts: 133, Visits: 566	Apparently this occured during the shipping but the package was ok and I suspect others reasons : - Could it be due to the fact I left the gel coat (EC GC50) cure too long (more than 24hrs), causing delamination ? - Or would it be because of the GC50 thickness (but does not seem too thick for me) ? any other clue ? feel bad right now frustrated cause the part was ok when I sent it.

Group: Forum Members Posts: 133, Visits: 566	Ok, I'll try to measure/estimate the thickness as soon I get the part back. I think it is thicker than 0.2mm. Have to be softer with the spray gun I guess. thank you Warren

Never had that with GC50 Hard to tell from the picture but the gelcoat does look pretty thick to me,...

Id say thats taken a whack. Thicker the gelcoat, the more succeptable you are to cracks occuring...
