Apparently this occured during the shipping but the package was ok and I suspect others reasons :
- Could it be due to the fact I left the gel coat (EC GC50) cure too long (more than 24hrs), causing delamination ?
- Or would it be because of the GC50 thickness (but does not seem too thick for me) ?
any other clue ?
feel bad right now
frustrated cause the part was ok when I sent it.

If it where me and you wish to increase your profit margin.
2 layers of 200grm Carbon
1 layer of either 320 or 440grm Biaxial Glass Cloth.
The Biaxial is very cheap but adds great strength and stiffness plus once infused it is almost clear allowing the Carbon to show through giving the appearance that the part is solid Carbon
Or if the part has no exposed edges you could replace the second layer of Carbon for Diolen. The second layer is only really there to prevent "transparency" between the nodes of the weave.
