How to get a perfect shiny surface on both sides of complex parts?

the parts you are referring to are made by two seperate infusions on two seperate mould, with gloss finish on outside visible side, then bonded together

     Not really possible with infusion, can only be done with RTM or pre-preg as it requires perfectly matched moulds. If you're doing infusion, the only option is to resurface the back to your desired.....

     The only option i can think of would be to make two thin shells that you bond together with a slightly foaming resin.

     the easy composite video is wet lay and not infusion, you wont be able to get the resin through a large part without some sort of infusion mesh. You need to look into a different process or change...
