Hi, can anyone give advice on what is causing these air like bubbles are? any info would help. Thanks

If it is definitely pin holes then as described above, you can literally fill them before lacquering. Brushing into the pinholes is the way.  You need the pinholes to fill up with lacquer before you move on.

     It's hard to see in that photo. Have you got any thing close up?

             Not sure if this is any better?? They look like air bubbles but do not go with heat Thanks

     it could either be dust in the resin or perhaps more likely, the surface effect of pinholes or small surface voids on lower layers of resin (presume this is skinning?).

             I did panel wipe parts down 1st. Also if I even if i put another layer down still get them? could it be contamination with the resins? temp is around 18 degree

     It could in theory be some kind of contamination in a resin but unlikely the way most resins are made and bottled. Could be as simple as bits in the air landing on it during the cure. Does sanding....

             yes sanding does remove but effectively takes it back to the layer we just put on. Main issue is once part is prepped and ready for 2k lacquer we get the same effect once lacquer goes on. Only real.....

     Epoxy resins are prone to pinholes which is what that looks like.. if your laquaring I put the first coat on and use a brush on the pinholes, just put a heavy coat on and brush the pinholes, it shoul...
