Can you provide a picture of the heavy dutty carbon fiber? I'm using a normal flexible carbon fiver bought in easy composites in a chainstay of my bike but the clear transparent layer it's starting to peel off and It haves few hours of practice.... It's a downhill bike... the rear section takes a lot of bumps and the chain hits the frame A LOT....
Will the heavy dutty flexible CF work?

Hi Kylle,

The thick flexible sheet can't really be re-formed using heat. It would respond to some extend but I don't think it's going to give you the results you're after. I did mention in another thread our new flexible epoxy resin. I think this might be a good idea for what you're working on here. Perhaps this is what you had in mind when you asked about the flexible epoxy?
