I need to make some 90 degree angles. I also need them to be gloss on both sides. I tried make to separate angles and then glue them with 2 part epoxy glue but they are not as stiff as i need them to be and there is some delamination when i apply pressure on them. What can i do so i can have a gloss finish on both sides?

Try two nice and thick aluminium angle sections then wet lay and do a bit of compression moulding by clamping them together.  You can put them in a vacuum bag with a bit of breather to do the same thing.  Just make sure everything is nicely release coated for when the excess resin squeezes out.
