I need to make some 90 degree angles. I also need them to be gloss on both sides. I tried make to separate angles and then glue them with 2 part epoxy glue but they are not as stiff as i need them to be and there is some delamination when i apply pressure on them. What can i do so i can have a gloss finish on both sides?

Try two nice and thick aluminium angle sections then wet lay and do a bit of compression moulding by clamping them together.  You can put them in a vacuum bag with a bit of breather to do the same thing.  Just make sure everything is nicely release coated for when the excess resin squeezes out.

Thanks a lot for the answer Warren!
This is exactly the first idea i had for them.
I did them exactly like how you described it but i got a lot of dry spots in the fabrics and a lot pinholes. Maybe i applied too much or too little pressure? I can't tell for sure but I tried it more than 6 times and i only got once or twice a good looking result.

For most wet lay vacuum bagging you want about 20% vacuum to start with then adjust to suit the results.
