i just got off the phone with easy composites.  you must love there outstanding service,   they realy take the time to listen and awnser all youre questions!    

il try what they sayd.   adding a tiny amount of thixotrope in the gel to brush it sinds i cant spray it(fumes and neighbors)  it should do the trick.

after i kept working the gelcoat up to the gelpoint that it doesnt flow anymore i ended up with a allmost completly closed surface.   (but that was before i spoke to them)

here the result in the end.. (came out quite nice after all.)

dispite a few air pockets. i am happy with the result.   its only the 2nd part i tryed to make.   the first one was stuck in it. and didnt release. needed to force it out.   so i listend to some advice on the forum in other threats and it payd off big time.

il let you know if brushing works with the additive.   thanks for the advice
