We took apart a carbon part of the car and it has a label from a factory in China.
I know that if the part is produced in China it is because the company is able to fulfill Porsche's requirements, what bothers me is that it did not have a quality control in the final product to see these orange peels.
I explained the solutions to the concessionaire on how to solve this, news posted here.

+xI find it hard to believe it came from the Porsche factory like this. Are you sure there wasn't damage to it, then someone tried to repair it? Ive seen these GT2RS roofs in person several times and they always had an A class finish. To fix it you would need to wet sand the surface down all the way until orange peel is gone, then polish it. Dezer, yes, flatting the clear coat down and respraying it will certainly fix the issue - orange peel is a paint issue. I feel Porsche should be more than capable of rectifying it, in fact I'm surprised they aren't damn ashamed of that and demanded it back to fix the issue. Something doesn't feel right if this is what they have delivered. It is hard to believe that the roof came like this, but unfortunately it is true. The solution my friend will have is to try to repair the damage that came from orange peel and the damage that worsened the ceiling. If not resolved he will want to send the car to Germany to be done at the factory. This car is a GT3 RS with Weissach package, no cheap attempt to emulate the package. I also didn't think it could come from the factory like that, but that's what we're experiencing at the moment.

+xLooks like they have just gone through the clear coat into the carbon, which is what those spots are. Will need to be flatted down and recleared. Pretty awful job really. Do you think that just removing the entire clear coat and applying it again solves this problem? Horrible work, unfortunately I can't help you because the car is under factory warranty and they have to solve the problem. What my friend is indignant about is the job poorly done.

The clear coat on the roof came with a lot of orange peel. The after-sales of the brand decided to do a sanding and polishing to remove, however the orange peels continue, the roof is entirely scratched and now some small marks have appeared. As it is a friend's car, I would like to help you solve it. Roof as it arrived from the factory
