Group: Forum Members Posts: 74, Visits: 1.8K	The clear coat on the roof came with a lot of orange peel. The after-sales of the brand decided to do a sanding and polishing to remove, however the orange peels continue, the roof is entirely scratched and now some small marks have appeared. As it is a friend's car, I would like to help you solve it. Roof as it arrived from the factory Roof after sanded and polished What is indicated to be done to solve this problem?

Looks like they have just gone through the clear coat into the carbon, which is what those spots are. Will need to be flatted down and recleared. Pretty awful job really.

I find it hard to believe it came from the Porsche factory like this. Are you sure there wasn't damage to it, then someone tried to repair it? Ive seen these GT2RS roofs in person several times and.....

Looks like they have already rubbed through the clear coat into the carbon though, so I feel it will need the full process. I'm also surprised this is from Porsche, this is a full on amateur job....
