Hello,
I want to make a complex structure composed of a carbon fiber, Aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure resin infusion. My problem is that while applying resin infusion I want to ensure that the carbon fiber sticks the aluminum honeycomb and at the same time ensure that the amount of epoxy entering the honeycomb is minimum. Can someone please help. Note: putting the honeycomb above the carbon fiber is not an option in my case.
Best regards,

Not really. Why can't you bond the core to the skins after curing?

Honeycomb just isn't going to work in a single shot infusion process, you either need to find a way to do it as a multi-shot process or you need to choose a core suitable for infusion.

Is there a type of core suitable for infusion? If yes may you please tell me.
