Hello,
I want to make a complex structure composed of a carbon fiber, Aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure resin infusion. My problem is that while applying resin infusion I want to ensure that the carbon fiber sticks the aluminum honeycomb and at the same time ensure that the amount of epoxy entering the honeycomb is minimum. Can someone please help. Note: putting the honeycomb above the carbon fiber is not an option in my case.
Best regards,

Of course, there's several. Lantor Soric is good for infusion, but it's quite heavy. 3D PET core is similar, but almost half the weight of Soric. PVC core can be used if it is drilled and scored for flow. Corecork is my pick for infusion, but it depends on the application.
