Hi everyone,

I'm searching how I can include a logo, a letter or even a word on an infusion part.
I'm making a part for my Caterham 7 and I want to have the 7 logo on top of it with the same fabric but with a 45°angle.

I try to cut the fabric but it is not accurate.
I also try to put adhesive spray before cutting it; it's more accurate but it's not really easy and the result is not perfect.
Finally I try to do it with a dry fabric. Easy to cut but I didn't get a good result.

Do you have any advise?

Edit : here is a result of a try with adhesive spray :

Get some glass fleece (i use 30gsm) and use some spray tack to fix it to the base fabric. This way you can have precise cutouts without fraying. After the infusion the glass will be perfectly transparent.

Cheers, Lester
