Are you trying to "skin" these vents with 200gsm Twill?

OR:  Have you made moulds from them .. to wet lay or infuse them in CF 200 gsm ..

Pictures of the items that "went wrong" will tell us much more  ..

Yeh I made a mould   And I used pre preg 200gms non weave set and I tried 200grm weave set   Do I need to use a heavier  carbon  like 245 grm non weve set to get it to pull in tighter 

do you have any pictures? it sounds like you have bridging of the material? you need to ensure that prior to vacuum bagging and curing that the material is in all the female corners.
