Hi all I am new here I am try make some carbon

Fiber vents but having no joy I have tried 200gm

2x2 twill non weave set And tryed 2x2. Twill 200gm weave

Set any info I would. Appreciate

The picture in my first post I made a mould off the top face is that the right way to do

Also when I put the carbon into the mould would I need to cut the slots in the carbon for it to pull in better
