Group: Forum Members Posts: 300, Visits: 2.2K	Cheers Hanaldo, super pleased with the scuttle just making some carbon brackets for holding the scuttle to the chassis, and doing some rewiring at the moment. The home built Milling Machine has been a really enjoyable project building the LinuxCNC PC with a breakout board for controlling the XYZ stepper drivers/motors, and learning Fusion360 modeling along with the CAM for generating gcode for LinuxCNC, really nice combination but a steep learning curve, ideal for prototyping small moulds ready for an infusion part, have been thinking about a building a bigger CNC machine but the mini mill is ideal for learning and prototyping moulds, I think the new dashboard is going to have some nice complex lines I would really love to weave in some CFD software into the mix, one day Fusion360 might have it LOL!! Group: Forum Members Posts: 40, Visits: 500	Darvo great job with CNC. can you give some more info about CNC project. which stepper motors did you choose, and which controller and than post processor. i am considering to build myself a small router (not mill). at the moment just as a proof of concept i have arduino. but i am afraid for something bigger it wont be enough. so any new info would be great.

Been a long project making the split mould and product clear coating but I'm super pleased with the results for a hobbyist carbon maker Aeroscreen next. On Instagram there is a fun challenge going on project put up by awhatmough https://www.instagram.com/awhatmough/ the autodeskcam product manager. So as my little X2 milling machine would not be able to compete with some of the bigger milling machines that other are using.
