Hi

Has anyone used the new Xencast P6 resin yet? I'm struggling with it as I type I have a part that has been curing for over an hour at 20 degrees plus as the mold was warm and the part is still green. I have mixed the same amount of fillers and pigment as I used to with the old system but the results with xencast seem terrible in comparison.

Like to hear anyone's experiences with it.

Thanks

Hi Kinetic,

Just picking up on this thread, had this issue been resolved. The Xencast P6 is our pride and joy at the moment having been a long time in development so I want to make sure we resolve any issues customers are having. Generally the feedback has been amazing.

What type of silicone are you casting into? Addition Cure or Condensation Cure? - What brand; our or someone else's?

Kind regards, Matt
