Dull mould after release

Group: Awaiting Activation Posts: 86, Visits: 1.2K	As title says really. After polishing the mould to hight gloss shine. Then waxing several times ready for the first part to be layed up. I use a polyester gel coat. The first part come out of the mould ok but my new shiney new mould is now dull? I don't want to pollish again or I will have to go through the coats of realese wax again. Any help thanks.

Group: Forum Members Posts: 2.5K, Visits: 28K	Sounds like a small degree of cross linking occurred. This should occur less as you use the mould more. Polish it up again and redo the wax; when using wax you should reapply it with every pull anyway.
