Fill them with some resin. Will be tedious but necessary if you want to be able to just simply spray over.

You could try wiping resin on then off again so you only use a thin layer to fill the pinholes.  Or just paint on another few thin layers of resin like you would do with carbon skinning.

You would of course need to sand it smooth again afterwards.

Thanks for the response...the problem is, I have some small spots where the resin didnt make a clean surface.

A 2k laquer would work well, and would also protect from UV. Must be careful with 2k paint as its a killer if not sprayed correctly. I would recommend a really good mask, suits and gloves. I sprayed without a mask a few months ago, and well...i didn't feel 100% for weeks afterwards.
