Interior trim of what? It is unclear what you wish to make.

It is possible but keep in mind you'll need an oven and vacuum supply resistent till high temperatures and an oven

i think do not try as your plastic gonna be deformated and melted. so better try hands wrap.

I have tried this. Sometimes it works and most times it does not.

The main issue is that the plastics expand a lot with heat, when the plastic parts have different thickness they expand different amounts so this will bend and change the shape of your parts.

So manufacturing the part from pre preg would be the best idea ?

Best idea if you're just wanting the cosmetics is to wrap the part wet lay style
