Hi,

Any suggestions as to how to put a great looking logo onto a finished carbon fibre part? I'm thinking a logo in silver should look good against the carbon fibre background.

I'm guessing silver wording on a clear adhesive label would do if quality wasn't an issue, but how would you go about it if the only concern was making the finished part look really professional?

Thanks in advance!

Hi, I did a sign for outside the workshop 1m x 1m with 80mm high letters and that turned out ok. I had the same concerns as you mention when I first tried it. I even put pin holes in the graphics to let the resin through to the GC50. I now work on the theory that when you spray the GC50 (assuming you do) you are left with a slight orange peel finish which seems to be enough to allow resin to flow between the graphics and the GC50.
Hope that makes sense.
