I need to make some 90 degree angles. I also need them to be gloss on both sides. I tried make to separate angles and then glue them with 2 part epoxy glue but they are not as stiff as i need them to be and there is some delamination when i apply pressure on them. What can i do so i can have a gloss finish on both sides?

For most wet lay vacuum bagging you want about 20% vacuum to start with then adjust to suit the results.
