Ok, that's interesting.  Why does it do that?  Is the heat you're applying above the HDT of the pre-preg?  What resin system?

I think I have just copied what happens when non post cured carbon is left out in the sun, it sags as it post cures. I twisted the carbon, held it in place and heated it with a hot air gun to around 130deg C for 10 minutes then let it cool overnight.

Not sure what the HDT is as it isn't stated on the data sheet:
