So thinking of getting some proper heating in the garage and wondering what you guys recommend.

I unable to spend loads on professional fitted kit so was thinking butane heater, paraffin heater, halogen etc.

most interested to know if I can use infra red lights, could I use these to cure as well as give general room heat.

Chris.

If your mould/part is small enough then you can also make a temp tent over it with a foot heater blowing in under it, just put a few weights around the edge and a let some of the air blow out the other end.

I use the very light disposable painters drop sheets from the hardware shop as they are so light they just float up into a nice balloon type tent.

I also recently used an LPG flame type heater/blower to heat my workshop for a particular infusion job, it worked fine but the fumes from burning LPG fill the shop and are really unpleasant.
