Has anybody tried laying up several flat sheets at once, each separated by a caul sheet?
Each sheet Im doing is 600g Diolen, 600g glass, 1000mmx1200mm.
I need to do a run, so thought of laying 5 sheets, stacking them with aluminium sheets as separators.
If anyone has tried this, can they please reply with any issues I might encounter

If we are talking Infusion then I do something similar for Wing End Plates.
The normal lay-up is 2 x 200grm Carbon- 5mm Closed Cell Foam - 2 x 200grm Carbon.
Because you have to score and put holes in the Foam to feed resin to the bottom layers of cloth anyway I just repeat the stack with Peel Ply in between the two stacks. Tried it with four stacks and got dry spots, but two works fine.
Maybe if you drilled holes in the ally sheet every 25mm that would feed the resin through the stack? So basically replacing the foam for ally sheet.
Hope that makes sense

Ooooooops sorry
The only real issue I can see is evacuating the air from between the ply's. But that is just me thinking out load
