Is Chopped Strand Mat compatible with resin infusion ?

Group: Forum Members Posts: 133, Visits: 566	...or do we have to use woven glass instead ? I need to make a thick part (3mm) so I plan to use 2 layers of 195g 2/2 twill CF, and then the rest with glass (or maybe Soric ? or combination of Soric + galss ?) thank you J

Group: Forum Members Posts: 133, Visits: 566	Thank you Warren, I only have CSM emulsion bound in stock (the one I use with Uni Mould, as EC advises to). I have some 2mm soric so I'll give it a try with, but I understand I'll need to order woven glass if I want to make thicker parts. Regards, Jess.
