I have had a successful pull from first mould where I applied 7 coats of easy lease. The next time I use this mould is 1 layer of easy lease enough?

If your initial pull went well with the coats already applied, adding a single additional one after each part comes out should work fine from here on.

Yes that is correct, a single layer top up is usually all that is needed.  If you need to more aggressively clean the mould using mould cleaner or anything more aggressive than a damp cloth, then you risk stripping off the release agent so we would recommend fully cleaning to remove all traces and starting afresh to be on the safe side.
