Is that mark on the surface? does it sand out? It looks like it could be where the pigments sunk a bit and there is some refraction there. or it could be where it has sunk/separated it has left a bit of "scum" or ink tide line. It will probably be following the edge due to surface tension.
Hopefully it should come off with a polish.
At that level of pigment, I would suggest you are better off going for the solid colour pigments. You will find it much easier to get a solid colour rather than "overusing" the tinting pigments to get a solid colour.
