This will be where I'll document the progress slowly but steadily replacing parts on my Rossion Q1 in the never ending quest to add lightness. The car currently makes about 600hp at full boost, weighs about 2400lbs. I have/had zero experience starting this project so prepare for less than flawless parts early on... already made several dumpster parts. Successfully made some under-hood covers for the backs of the headlight pods.. trying to make replacement headlight pods now but its a pretty complex shape. I'll upload some more pics soon

Hi, Good luck with the project.... I remade every single panel on my Noble M12 in carbon so if you want any advice drop me a line :) I made the headlight buckets using something called Alusil, that....

Oh yes sir I’d love to pick your brain. You replaced all fiberglass or literally every panel (floor panels, interior, etc)? How much weight did you drop? What process did you use and what materials.....

I made moulds of all the panels (with some mods to them that i wanted) and then used resin infusion. Layup varied depending upon panel and shape, I added kevlar into the doors and door shuts as well....

Biggest issue is getting a good seal on the back... for the rear clam I tried 3 times taking 6hrs each time and gave up and pulled the final one regardless even though it wasnt full vacume let alone ...
