What would be recommended for gluing an aluminium fork expander / sleeve in a carbon fork tube on a road bike. It would be subjected to vibration from riding on road etc.

Although given the nature of the fixing, you would find that VM100 would work as well; it has good flexural properties and the etching property is likely to be advantageous. I don't think you'd go...
