Hi,
I did a mould using PU600 Density Polyurethane Model Board but end up having a mechanical lock when I tried to separate the mould from the board.
Apparently accetone can disolve the polyurethane but I was wandering if you guys have any advice?
cheers.

Acetone won't touch polyurethane, only polystyrene. The only option is to grind either the tooling board or the mould away until you can break one of them off. This is generally pretty hard to do without damaging both surfaces, but it is otherwise start again from scratch.

We always recommend ensuring you have a small draught angle to the near vertical edges.
