Currently i have issue with surface finish of my parts. The surface has so many pinhole and also dry. Im using pre preg and autoclave cure. Does release agent play important roll in this matter .? Im also using surface master 905 , which suppose to help me improve the surface finish.
As my mould has a contour, this defect appears along the radius of the parts contour. The flat surface is good.

it sounds as though you have bridging in the area of the radius/contour. are you properly placing the material into the corner and using plenty of vaccum bag in the tricky areas to ensure no bridging and decent consolidation?
I would look at your bagging process as the release agent will only affect your surface if its not applied properly, i the parts are being demoulded ok then its not a problem
