Yes it went well vaccume wise all the way through thanks everyone

I had a few problems with the part tho like it looks like it could of been a little more resin rich its all coverd fine but it just looks like it could do with a little more. I used mti on this so I just stopped when it stopped drinkin resin.any ideas?
I have got normal spiral hose but I'm using mti while I learn
And secondly I had a few tiny overhangs on the corners of the mould which I didn't notice  and it broke tiny bits off the corners because I didn't get east lease in there enough I think.
Iv sanded the over hangs down now

Ok so iv just bagged up the mould and I think its worked.
iv tried abit of everyone's advise iv enveloped the part which seemed so much easier to make sure there's no wrinkles as I take the protective tape off the tape and iv put peel ply on every part of the mesh that's cut.so iv now pulled vac onit and iv got to 29hg better than I had b4 and when I turned off the pump I couldn't hear one leak  iv just gotta do a drop test now but I got a good feelin

Good luck Smile

Have to agree with Fred, the white plastic infusion mesh is a paint to get to form to a mould and the edges punctured the bag. I went for a short time wrapping the edges in masking tape until I started using a different mesh and not had any problems since

Thanks everyone il give it all a go tomorrow

In my experience the cause of the leak was ALWAYS the same! It was the infusion mesh flow media!
Any where you have a cut edge in the bag of the flow media is sharp. If you picture it as the sharp edge of a chain link fence you can imagine how easily it will puncture the bag. To solve this problem I simple cut strips of peel ply ( just 2 inches wide) and place them over EVERY single cut line of the flow media! I have NEVER had a leak since and I do a lot of infusion. Before I did this technic I NEVER had a perfectly sealed bag, and I thought it was impossible to have one.
Try it and you will become a believer.
Hope this helps.
Fred

Create a bag using your bagging film/ tape and and insert the mould into the bag.

Cut out a two sheets of bag-film quite a bit larger than the whole mold..   put one on the table top, prepped mold with all things in (CF, peel-ply, mesh, silicone hose holders and infusion spreaders)

Gum around entire edge ,CAREFULLY BigGrin   !

Take the protection tape of the gum strip as you go along putting the top sheet of bagging film down, to avoit getting creases (those are in my experience the sinner in 99 % of all bagging leaks)

If youre worried about sharp points on the outside of your mold, then put it down on af layer of breather cloth...

That's it ... really...
