Hi i am about to try out the chemical "easy lease" release agent.
In the application instructions on the website it recommends 6 coats for new molds.
Mine  are old molds that have been cleaned of all the old wax.
Do i still need 6 coats on these old molds?

If you still find it is grabbing try Marbocote 220 or 101 I think.. Call them and ask. I had one part which was grabbing when using 227CEE release and I have been using 220 since and it has been great.. But it does leave a slight release agent residue on the part which polishes off.
