You just need to ask for a polyester gel coat and get a good quality one...
http://www.ecfibreglasssupplies.co.uk/p-1483-clear-polyester-gel-coat-inclusive-of-catalyst.aspx
This is a crystic 65PA gel coat... So if you have a Scott Bader supplier they will have it..

All polyesters resistant for UV?
I don't think so, When I start work at composites I made some parts from polyester, all stayed matt look much faster than epoxy resins, but It was the cheapest polyester resin on the market about 1,25€ per kg.
Polyesters have one advantge than epoxy it can be polished many times and will be look like new.
