Managed to get the plug done for the top section of the Duct which will house the cone filter. The CFD simulation indicates a decent "Ram Air" effect but only a session on the dyno will see if there is any increase in Horse Power.

Thanks for the comments chaps. I managed to pull a GRP test piece today just to prove the mould. The duct is for a customer who wanted a specific size Intake Duct. 300mm x 220mm to take 75mm Ducting.
Looks like I will be ordering some Pre Preg don't fancy trying to infuse it.

Another weekend spent shaping foam and sanding body filler!! A good few coats of high build primer. A flat and polish tomorrow and should be able to take a mould from it.
