very interesting. i liked how they seem to have the wood pieces all planned and ready, like this is how their usual molds are done.
and using talc and resin mixed up as a stiffening medium i thought was a good idea as well.

Garden hose cut to length and glassed onto the back of moulds make great stiffeners/reinforcement. It follows curves and is quick and easy to apply.

These are old skool methods. I use wood in all my big moulds to reinforce them. You can get paper rope with wire in it which is good for adding stiffening ribs too.

Be careful with airborne Talc when mixing. A P3 filtered mask is a must.
