very interesting. i liked how they seem to have the wood pieces all planned and ready, like this is how their usual molds are done.
and using talc and resin mixed up as a stiffening medium i thought was a good idea as well.

Garden hose cut to length and glassed onto the back of moulds make great stiffeners/reinforcement....

have been using talc for a while its good stuff!

These are old skool methods. I use wood in all my big moulds to reinforce them. You can get paper...

Be careful with airborne Talc when mixing. A P3 filtered mask is a must.
