Problem with the EC digital scale.

Group: Forum Members Posts: 42, Visits: 241	Hi guys. Just unwrapped the digital scale that came with the shipment yesterday. But when I turn it on it only reads "Out 2". Have tried pressing everything and loading the scale but nothing happens? What am I doing wrong? Cheers Zach

Group: Forum Members Posts: 310, Visits: 1.5K	I have to say EC staff is very concerned about customer service. i had a minor problem with gum tape (two rolls hardly stuck together, thus loosing a few meters during separating them) and issues with an OLD MODEL of resin catch pot, WHICH IS NOT FOR SALE ANYMORE in case you wonder. They replaced the two rolls of gum tape, and now they separate rolls with non stick sheet, so even under pressure during transport, rolls dont stick together anymore. For the resin catch pot, since I made a new one with my little fingers, they proposed me to "replace it" with equivalent value of other products i would need. Those guys rock, which is not often the case when you order stuff online from another country than yours. Cheers from Belgium. A $1000 electronic device will always protect a 10 cents fuse
