just wondering what pressures i should be using with bread rap after hand laying and vac bagging and what pressure to use with the perfortated film as the bread rap has alotmore holes more resin can be pulled out and theres a risk of a dry laminate.

can i vac at full pressure with the perforated release film aswel.

I assume what your doing in vacuum bagging and not infusion. In wet layup vaccum bagging you aren't removing any resin from the bag ,you are just moving it around.

With full vac you will be fine, you are squeezing the stack with full atmospheric pressure so only the excess resin will flow through your perferated film into the bleeder cloth. Full vac will give you a much denser stronger part.

With epoxy I always use full vac for wet lay, highest I can go for polyester is .81

I was told that one should not vac bag polyester parts because it will suck the styrene out of the resin, is that true?

No did it before and didn't have any problems... can be different from resin to resin maybe... dont know

What can happen with polyester is the decrease pressure can cause the styrene to boil but infusion polyester is normally designed for full vac but general purpose stuff is not always so stable under vac
