Hey, Im sculpting this half mask and then making a brush up silicone mould with fiberglass jacket and then using fast cast for casting. Im not sure if its better to mould it as one piece or should I divide it into three sections. Also what silicone is best for brush up mould? Thank you for any help/advices.

You can do the silicone surface mould as one piece and the fibreglass jacket maybe with just two pieces, left and right? This is one I have done a while ago but it is two piece silicone and jacket.

LIke fasta said, the silicone should be flexible enough to demould that no problem and have a 2 piece solid jacket for ease of use.
