Hi,
They are made using Infusion. They are a two layer skin bonded to the original Ford Badge. I made a 1mm (using wax sheet) larger Mould of the original badge. The skins are then cut back with 1200's, the stickers applied and then 3 coats of 2k clear. A further quick cut back with 1200's then polished.

Ford Transit Dashboard Panel.
I don't normally do "skinning" (too messy for me) but this is a "one off" for a customer. Sorry for all the post's, just looking for feedback good or bad.
Sorry about the reflections on the photo.
