I'm looking at making a front airdam for my car but its pretty low.  Chances are I'll catch it!  EF80 looks ideal for my flexibility needs!  The downside is that I'd need some rigidity in the mounting so it doesn't just rip off.  My thought is to use EF80 for the front 'at risk' part and EL2 in the main mounting panel.  If I lay a partial thickness in EF80 and let it cure followed by an EL2 layer in just the mounting panel then a final EF80 layer will the layers bond correctly?

My other option would be some large penny washers set into the EF80 to stop it being ripped off.  Would this be a better approach?

Thanks for the reply.  I might play safe and use a peel ply to give a good bonding surface with an aim for a full cure.  Should prove interesting.
