Hi,
It's a good question but yes it should be possible to bond EL2 to EF80 and then subsequently EF80 to EL2, particularly if you laminate the EL2 onto the EF80 when the EF80 has cured to its B stage and then again the EF80 onto the EL2 whilst that is at its B stage. However, and I don't often say this, we haven't tested this so it would be new ground and I would suggest doing a small test 'token' area first to establish that this works as you want/need it to and also to confirm that the strength of the bond and the behavior of the finished componant would be as you want it.
If at either stage you don't catch the last resin during its 'firm but still tacky' B-stage then you will need to cure it off fully, then heavily key the surface to ensure a mechanical bond.
I hope this helps and look forward to seeing how this interesting project goes.
All the best, Matt
