I thought I'd covered all bases, studied the tutorial videos & took my time but........................its all gone horribly wrong Crying

What have I done wrong ?

from the photo's i can only see 1 error and that is in pic 2 at the top left of the piece, the hole needs to be filled with plastercene or wax to stop a 'mechanical lock', as for the finished cf piece, as previously asked a little more info would be helpfull.

Thanks guys.

I basically followed the video tutorial to the letter. Had no problems making the mould. The finished part was pretty much stuck fast to the mould & has pulled the dried resin off the part & is also stuck the mould itself. I put plenty of PVA on prior to the resin & stuck to the recommended drying times etc  Sad

Ahh well.......back to the drawing board

I agree this error.

And with my own experience, i can advice you to apply 2 coats of tooling Gel coat, as the first one looks too thin in the angles

You final part looks like there is not enough resin? or maybe some leaks?
