Which carbon Fiber need to use How many layers of carbon fibers need use and directions of it?
Which chemical resin need to use for it
What is the size of vacuum pump I need to use  
How many peel Ply need use and how
Which kind of carbon fiber weaving will be good that outer look will be nice 
Any specific process

I you haven't already done so, I would recommend you watch our How to do Perfect Resin Infusion for Cosmetic Carbon Fibre Parts
which is about the same kind of size you need to be working at.  The video has a list of parts on the right hand side.  The VP425 is fine for this kind of project.
