I have a plug finished with wrapped edge. it is a car front lip part. As you can see in the attachment, it has a basic flat surface when you view from top. But from a vertical cut view, the edge on the front wrapped down and back about 2cm. I have the plug finished, but having a difficult time to create the mold from it. please give me some suggestions.

Based in your drawings I see no reason why it can't be done with a one piece mold. If you look from the front, there are no undercuts.
