I have a plug finished with wrapped edge. it is a car front lip part. As you can see in the attachment, it has a basic flat surface when you view from top. But from a vertical cut view, the edge on the front wrapped down and back about 2cm. I have the plug finished, but having a difficult time to create the mold from it. please give me some suggestions.

thanks.

1 piece mould and you could poss even remove part of the c part so it's more a j shape?

I'll vote for the one piece mould too.
Big flanges.
Vac infuse the part.

My original thought was to create 1 peace mould, but 2 piece mould will be way easier to pleat the cloth to conform to corners then join at the bottom corner of the C shape. 1 piece mould will be a little difficult to make sure the surface at the C section smooth. I don't have much experience, but this is just my theory after thinking both approach.

Thanks again.
